This unframed original print was the first in a series of prints i made inspired by Devon field patterns, red soil and slopes with trees on top. I made it quite a while ago and have reprinted it for a new venture. I’m selling a few as artist’s proofs, as the edition is sold out. They’ll be marked A/P, rather than 5/50 etc.

Based on a local sloping field with trees at the top, for me this print has many of my favourite landscape features – crop mark patterns, sentinel trees at the top of a hill, the low winter sun illuminating the red soil, contrasting with the slightly brooding winter sky.
